This year, Whackstar Media is embarking on a mission that’s close to my heart—bringing sustainable power and internet connectivity to remote communities in East Africa. These are more than just services; they’re lifelines to education, opportunity, and a brighter future.
But this isn’t just my story—it’s a journey we can all be part of.
Why the Whackstar Challenge?
In 2025, I’ll be building, equiping, testing and riding a Kenyan-built electric motorbike across Kenya—from the shores of Lake Victoria to the stunning beaches of Watamu.
Along the way, we’ll be raising funds and awareness for life-changing projects like:
- Providing solar power solutions to schools and families in rural areas.
- Equipping underserved communities with internet access to bridge the digital divide.
- Supporting vital educational initiatives like the Turi Children’s Project, Sulgwita Primary School, Molo Street Children Project and Matumaini Rehabilitation Centre.
Each kilometre I ride symbolises hope and the possibility of a brighter future for those who need it most.
